About these reports
The mission reports include many kinds of information. They can include formation sheets, weather and intelligence information used in briefings, eye witness reports of enemy fighters and flak, and sightings of friendly aircraft losses and chutes seen in the immediate aftermath. The mission reports are very uneven and vary greatly as to content and information contained in the report. However, it is the best single source for information about a mission, the aircraft, and the men who flew them.
